    Yes — we offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50 (applied automatically at checkout).

  • Do you accept returns?
    Because each piece is made to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive incorrect, damaged, or defective.
    If there’s any issue with your order, email us — we always make it right.

    Can I exchange for a different size?
    Yes — size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • How does the hoodie fit?
    Unisex and true to size.
    Size up for an oversized/slouchy look; size down for a slimmer fit.

    Kids’ sizing
    Kids’ hoodies follow a standard youth fit — not boxy, not slim.
    Size up if you want extra room or a looser fit.

    Women’s fit guidance
    All hoodies and tees use unisex sizing.
    Women who prefer a more fitted look typically size down one size.
    For a relaxed everyday fit, choose your usual size.
    For an oversized/slouchy look, size up.

  • How do I wash it?
    Turn the garment inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low (or hang dry).
    This helps preserve the ink, fabric softness, and overall shape over time.

  • What blank do you use?
    We use premium-quality garments chosen for comfort, fit, and clean printing results. Depending on the product and color, this may include:

    • Cotton Heritage: M2580 / M2480 / Y2550
    • AS Colour: 5001 / 5001T
    • Bella + Canvas: 3001 (adults) + youth variations
    • Otto Cap: 104-1018 (dad hats)

    Each blank is selected for softness, durability, and a clean silhouette — pieces you’ll actually want to live in.

    What ink or print method do you use?
    We use DTF or DTFlex, depending on the garment and design.
    Both create a matte, soft, flexible, long-lasting finish with excellent detail.

    Inks are eco-conscious and chosen for softness, longevity, and accurate color across cotton, fleece, and blends.

  • Are you affiliated with the Eagles or NFL?
    No. Fly Society 215 is an independent design project by 452 Design Studio — not affiliated with or endorsed by any team or league.

    Why “Fly Society 215”?
    It’s a modern, minimal take on Philly pride — designed to feel chic enough for a night out and bold enough for game day.
    Clean typography, small-batch drops, and a design-first approach rooted in Philadelphia.

    Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on-screen due to different monitor settings, lighting, and garment dye lots.
